Sounds like your buddy needs to buy a .38

I ordered the Lapua .223 on Friday and it came today, the following Wednesday. They acknowledged my order but didn't notify me that it had shipped. The two free boxes even had ribbons on them. Heck, the brass sells for more than this loaded ammo.
