Hello,
My name is Brian Kelly and would really like to meet some others interested in air rifles. I have a Kral Puncher Braker(what's up with that name), an Atamen BP 17, and last a Hatsen Vectis rifle. Also, have a Venturi nomad air compressor and air pump. I purchased all of these at the same time on an auction site. Prior to this, the last pellet/bb gun I shot was a Crosman 760 pump about 35 years ago (now 55). The point is I could use a little help and tips on shooting. On a side note I recently purchased a Colt 22LR. I have no experience so could use some guidance. I know what I do not know. I don't know about guns and all that it entails. I have no problem sharing what I have so I can learn. Enough of my babbling.
Thanks,
Brian

Welcome Aboard. Glad you found the forum.

This is the best place to hang out on the internet.

Check out the organized clean ups. It's the best way to meet the community and learn where and how to use public lands responsibly.

We are doing non ODF supported cleanups at public forests - check the North Fork Wolf Creek Road thread in resources.

If you really want to get involved in community action check out Trash No Land.

Welcome, Brian -

You will find some regulars here who are also interested in air rifles. They've certainly been helpful to me when I've posted questions about one of my air guns, a Haenel .177 break barrel that I bought in E. Berlin about 1984 or so (currently disassembled for refurbishing).

The other air gun I own is an inexpensive Umarex CO2 pistol, model M&P 40, that bought because it so closely matches the M&P 9mm Compact that I carry regularly. Although I often use the Umarex indoors (unloaded) to practice dry fire, draw, and target acquisition, I also enjoy time in the back yard with it; perforating aluminum soda cans is fun, valuable practice, and a heckuva lot cheaper than 9mm ammo.

Just in case you haven't already found it, there is also an "Air gun Discussion" forum here at NWFA.
