Picked up a P225 from Kieth's today, Vancouver police trade in
$420, slight holster wear and like new internals.
I lost it as soon as it got home. My wife liked it.
Next to it's big brother the P220

DA is pretty stiff, SA is nice and crisp. By my calibrated finger it feels like about 4 lbs.
After detail stripping it it looks to have been hardly fired.
Feels like it should get better after it's been shot some and broken in a bit more.

Great find, superb pistols, you lucky guy. Sound like it has the original heavy hammerspring in it to protect against a negilent firing. The German police 225 Sigs are set up that way. Have fun, I love mine, put night sights on the front....One of the most accurate pistols I own. Spad

They had one more, I seen a post somewhere a bit ago that he had them and had a few with night sights.
I was really looking for a 226 but..
After handling it I couldn't resist. I have large hands and thought it would be to small but it feels just fine.

I finally got out to shoot it
Shoots great. After shooting 100 rnds through it I decided it is a bit small for my hand though.
Hold the front dot over the target and it puts em in the 10. Good enough for me.
Got a blister growing from the trigger, just don't sit right, too short.
I guess she can have it.
