Oregon Adding Responsible Person to FFL?

I mailed in the paperwork, prints, picture, etc. to add my wife as a Responsible Person. The reason was so that she could conduct business if/when I'm not around. That was over six weeks ago. Does anyone know if you receive some kind of acknowledgement that the person was added? Thanks.

Did the same last year, added my wife. Took 8 weeks to get paperwork. Called after a few weeks and it was approved just not processed. They emailed a temp

Still nothing from ATF, so I called them. The support person said she was added as a Responsible Person and they see her on our FFL entry. I asked if they send something out as a confirmation and he said he didn't know. I've seen nothing in the mail and nothing in the FFL-specific email box.

Anyway, just passing along what happened in the event someone else is researching the same topic.
