I was born in Portland in 88 and grew up around the St. Johns area then later in Gresham. Grew up in Salmon Idaho for another half of my childhood and teen years. I feel more like I should've been born in Salmon, so I just tell folks I was born and raised there. I don't mention Portland to anyone because it's an embarrassment and I don't want any association with it. Living in Marietta Ohio now. I'm basically homeless so I'm between Parkersburg and Marietta all the way down to Charleston. It's quiet out here aside from the noises of the Appalachians.

Most of the daily shootings and violent crime in Pdx never makes the news. Once in a while they do.



Reported to Pdx police in last 24 hours:

Shootings: 11

Robberies: 13

Burglaries: 22

Vehicles stolen: 21

Assault: 20

Theft: 38

Does not include about 60 or so disturbance and disturbance priority many of which are shootings. The shootings I have heard personally have all been recorded as "disturbance", not shooting

Guess I will post up a video that explains the fall of Portland if you can understand what the guy is saying. We all look at things different at times.

For those who don't want to spend 26 minutes and get a great education I will do a short summary.

Over time when as a culture we have moved away from debate on which way the country should be run to reach a common goal. People used to gather information and points for the debate with both side agreeing to a common ground.

Portland was destroyed when it's people couldn't reach a common ground.
