Any one ever tried Blue Dot for a sub load? I got a metric ton of it!
Now that you mentioned it, I was curios too. A quick search:
Blue Dot & reduced loads for .308?
Looking for some blue dot CB loads for 160gr .308 (7.62x51 Military cases). I've also seen lots of references to Blue Dot in .30-06, has anyone tried Blued Dot in .25-06 (jacketed)? Also interested in possibly using Unique & Bullseye for the .308 CB loads.

308 Winchester Blue Dot Loads
You won't find these loads in any manual so use at your own risk. For the second from the top group, I purposely held 1 mil left. At 14 grains of Blue Dot there is still no sign of high pressure. I'm thinking I'll probably be able to go up 3 or 4 grains. Some day I'll get the chronograph...

Any interest in Blue Dot Load Data for the 308?
Anyone interested in this type of data? if so, what bullet weights would be adequate for use? I was thinking of testing the 110 grain, 125 grain and 150 grain... possibly the 165 depending on the 150 grain reulsts... ended up with a 308 Barrel Threaded for a Savage Action, so thought I'...
