.300 Savage

    I have never checked anywhere but is .300 Savage anything particularly rare or hard to find? Reason is I have 1/2 box (with remaining once fired brass) I will post for trade if so.

    It is not something you will probably find at a box store or "tactical" store but any decent sporting good/gun related store should have a box or two on the shelf.

    I have a Remington model 81 that uses that caliber. Are you heading to Portland anytime soon?

    Last time I went to shoot my 300 Savage it was something like $29 a box at Bimart, I bought dies instead.

    The only place I have been able to find .300 savage rounds is at bi mart.
