Reloading for the Savage 10 LE 223

I'm going to use W-748 in my CZ 527 with 50-55gr varmint bullets. It has a 1 in 9 twist. From what I have gleaned off the internet it may not be the fastest powder but can make very accurate loads. For the small targets that are out there a ways that I want to shoot at, hitting them is much more important to me than missing them in a hurry.

Ah, but hitting them at high velocity leaves no doubt. A 40 gr tipped bullet launched at over 3700 FPS from the muzzle impacting at less than 200 yards is impressive.
