José Delgado Saldaña (born December 10, 1978) is a Mexican professional wrestler (or luchador) best known by his ring name Mr. Águila in Mexican wrestling promotions CMLL and AAA. Outside Mexico, Saldaña is best known for his work as Essa Ríos in the WWF and as Papí Chulo in TNA.
