I can't wait, my favorite show. With the case starting on the 18th, how do we think this will effect gun sales. Will they be able to process any bgc's?

I have a few guns to sell and some ammo. It's been 20 years since I've been to a gun show, can you still bring your firearm to sell?
Yes. For anyone on the fence about attending, this is by far the best show in Oregon by good margin.

Yes, but any private party gun deal will have to be done with the proper paperwork, usually there is a dealer willing to do it for a fee. Or what I've done is to sell or trade to a dealer for something I want.

Note Gun Show Trader is showing this as a 2 Day Show....

I suck at getting the dates to show up right. You're right, is it both Saturday and Sunday.

I've bought and sold quite a few since the rules changed just didn't know how different the shows are now....i.sure miss the good old days!

For the Albany show, you'll need to present your firearms at the front desk for a quick safety check. They'll make sure that the guns are unloaded and then attach a colored tie wrap into the action so that it can't be fired.

Someone told me there was signs out front of the show a few years ago that said no concealed cary in the show? Is that true?

Yes, that's true. Nearly all gun shows I've been to in the last 10 years have that policy. Don't know for sure, but it was explained to me that it's an insurance issue. They don't want to have an opportunity for a loaded gun being handled at the gun show. Again, not making excuses for anyone, just passing along what I've been told.
