So do we get a recipe?

2 lbs whole lamb meat

3 slices bacon (raw)

2 lemons (juice from)

1 tbs fresh Oregano

1 tbs Cavenders Greek seasoning

3 minced garlic cloves

Grind lamb and bacon together, add the remaining ingredients

Wrap onto pre soaked skewers

Preheat over to broil

Broil 5 mins per side

Veggies

1 onion cut into long thin slivers
3 Roma tomatoes deseeded and diced
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 1/2 pint Greek yogurt
1 tbs Cavenders Greek seasoning

Mix it all together

8oz Feta cheese sliced then crumbled

I bought Pita bread and Flat bread use which ever you like, I prefer flat bread

Assemble and eat

is that store lamb or farm lamb? Just wondering as I found not any good lamb meat in the stores.

It's store lamb but I ground it myself. New seasons has Lamb though I loath New Seasons. Just search the word "Halal" and you're area and you should be able to find a Mediterranean store that carries Lamb.
