I can hardly believe it. As of today, Gun Mag Wharehouse will not ship magazines capable of holding greater than 10 rounds. And yes, they do know that no restriction will occur before March of 2026. The customer service guy said that it just came down today. Luckily, I was able to get what I needed from the Mag Shack. Shame on GMW. From now on, even if I can get an Item from GMW, I will shop elsewhere whenever I can.

Hopefully they also refuse to ship to LEO and government agencies in the state, not discriminate against only civilians.
I love it. GMW stuck with us for so long. I can't believe they would want to lose all the money from potential sales six months early.

They are in Texas, FCS! I can't believe they pussied out on us.

I understand that they have right to sell, or not to sell, to whomever they please….but why would they do this? Are they really that Libtarded?

This really surprised me. I left them a message on their contact page. Told them the decision was a bit early and that they need to grow a pair. Wont do any good but made me feel better...

Maybe because their lawyers ran the numbers and the amount they might get for sales is less than the amount they might lose / spend if the state decides to sue them?

Well, I just ordered some P Mags for my RXM. I ordered them on the 25th.
I only ordered 3.

I had placed an order that just had a few ten round mags for the Ruger P85's that are being delivered to my FFL in Springfield tomorrow. I ordered four Stainless 10 round mags and some aerosolized CLP this morning and right after I hit send, I'm like "bubblegum". I for got to order some more PMAGS.

So I immediately went on to try and order them and then when I hit checkout, I get this message in red that says we cannot ship to your address. Bunch of Pussies!

So I went over to Mag Shack and ordered 3 more PMAG's GL 9. And I also got a couple more Mags for my M&P 15-22 rifle, since I lost a part for one (It will show up when I clean the room). I got FDE because the 12 other mags and two more spares are black. Thought I'd add a little color.

Then when I realized my next gun on the list is a 10/22, I went back to Mag Shack and ordered two Ruger banana mags that hold 25 rounds. And I bought 2x32 round Pro Mags for it.

I had also ordered a 10 pack of 30 round AR15 mags. I can't remember the brand, but the 10 pack was normally 150 bucks. I got my 10 pack for $49.98.

If a certain forum member returns my PM, I am going to buy 3 GL9 mags for $27 New in package.

Again the people to "blame" for crap like this are normally the people who are mad. The "gun owning" have an abysmal record for how so many of them vote. Yet they sure know how to get angry at people who own a business who throw up their hands and say no more. :s0092:

You do know there are a ton of local gun shops that have standard capacity magazines in stock and for sale….

Maybe because their lawyers ran the numbers and the amount they might get for sales is less than the amount they might lose / spend if the state decides to sue them?
Yeah but think of all the folks who didn't stock up and figured they'd have more time because they couldn't afford it earlier. I am lucky, I have now got every last thing that I need if everyone else starts refusing to sell.

Their bean counter is just bubblegumin' lazy. They probably googled Oregon's magazine capacity limit. And, then google tells them it;s ten rounds. Well google is bubbleguming lying.

Do a little research you morons. You are not defending freedom this way.

They lost a thousand every six months from me. In the last 13 months I have spent 2.5 K with them. Maybe there are many more like me that pick up a few or a dozen at a time.every couple of weeks or aonce a month. Maybe not. But they are going to find out, possibly they won't like it.

I encourage everybody to boycott Gun Mag Wharehouse and do business with a company that isn't pussified.

Yeah I bet there is a fair number of gun owners that don't , or that our rights aren't that important. GMW could have sold up to the day before 114's effective date.

I vote. Everyone should. If you don't speak, you will never be heard. If one is too lazy to vote, they can't really bubblegum about it.

More baseless risk mitigation…
If you are the one who is writing a $2,500 per hour check to the law firm that has to deal with the 'baseless' litigation, you quickly realize that you have to sell lots of magazines that you are only making a few dollars of profit on to pay for your attorney.

I'm not saying what they have to deal with is right, of course, but I understand when companies have to make these difficult decisions.
