My grandpa was a rock hound that spent a lot of time in the Southwest. I got an old wooden box of oddball cartridges from him a while back. A lot of 43 head stamped, spent 50 cal cases. Guessing he came across an old gunnery range.

One had this yellow tipped round that's obviously been fired. It's got a hole in the back of it. Google gives results from Dominican to HE. Anyone have some insight?
