(a) The following federal acts, laws, executive orders, administrative orders, court orders, rules and regulations shall be considered infringements on the people's right to keep and bear arms, as guaranteed by the second amendment to the United States constitution and article 1, section 24 of the Wyoming constitution, within this state:

(v) Any act ordering the mass confiscation of firearms, firearms accessories or ammunition from law abiding citizens.



(b) All federal acts, laws, executive orders, administrative orders, court orders, rules and regulations, enacted after July 1, 2020, which infringe on the people's right to keep and bear arms as guaranteed by the second amendment to the United States constitution and article 1, section 24 of the Wyoming constitution shall be objected to and litigated against by the Wyoming attorney general on behalf of the citizens of Wyoming.
 
(b) All federal acts, laws, executive orders, administrative orders, court orders, rules and regulations, enacted after July 1, 2020, which infringe on the people's right to keep and bear arms as guaranteed by the second amendment to the United States constitution and article 1, section 24 of the Wyoming constitution shall be objected to and litigated against by the Wyoming attorney general on behalf of the citizens of Wyoming.
Why only those enacted after July 1, 2020?
 
Law abiding citizens…. What about the citizens who don't comply with laws banning magazines over 10 rounds, bayo lugged rifles, semi-auto rifles that are black, etc? Is it ok to confiscate from those folks?
