It's a WW2 Japanese flag signed by many members of a US Army Engineer unit (I do not know which unit,but should be easy to research if you care to do so-I do not,as I have many ongoing research projects going that actually interest me)
It is in BAD condition,very wrinkly and fragile,has some holes and tears..It could be ironed out if you care to try.It is mounted in a thrift store picture frame.
It is roughly 36"x26"
I'd sell it on eBay,but the frame is too big to ship-and its too fragile to fold,so here we are.
$75 CASH or trade for cool stuff.
