without further info, it's not. not a fan of prison food? pass. Rule of thumb is, if it has been changed to a non importable configuration 922r applies, return it to it's original or an aftermarket monte carlo stock it's cool. Adding a pistol grip and a folding stock makes it evil.

No imported rifles with folding stocks and pistol grips are currently being imported from china.
