The plastic box is split, but holds together well.
The manual is an original, not one of the cheesy print offs.

Does it extract and eject every time?

I fired it years ago and then parked it in my safe.
I think it had one or two failures to eject. I've read they like certain ammo, but I never bothered with it because I got my 5.7 shortly thereafter.
