Copper washed surplus ammo in white boxes. Headstamp reads 21/69 which means Polish or Hungarian. This was likely steel core or tracer ammo which was shipped to Germany for a new projectile before it came to the US in the 1990s (because steel core and tracers are too cool for us lowly civilians). :facepalm2:
