Oh Oh, instant vasectomy...........
Huh. I appendix carry.....
Why I don't shoot myself.
With a good properly fitted holster this isn't an issue.
And if you carry an Uncle Mikes holster you deserve to shoot yourself.
One of the holsters I use:
Concealed Carry Holsters • 100% Ultimate Gun Concealment
I for one would not trust even a properly fitted holster that carries ANY kind of handgun employed in that position. Shiet happens.
You also “tuck”.....
Hey...…… I got my use out of it.
I don't appendix carry, but only because I don't find it comfortable, especially when in the car.
I keep my BIG IRON on my hip
I KNEW there was something about em!!!!
That's the older model. The G2 model incorporates a magnet to help retain the firearm. Watch beginning at the 1:09 mark.
I've seen this OP vid before! Didn't we already do a thread on it? Hmmmm?
How I tucked my shirt into my holster...news at 11.
Ok good they improved it. That sounds more worth a shot to me now. I like how it slides in instead just riding on the belt line because boy i hate having things poke waist area while sitting. Especially like that it looks like a cellphone holder to. the more discrete and "out of sight out of mind" the better.
A little history on the appendix carry.
A guy named Bruce Nelson invented an inside the waistband holster back in the 70's and named it "The Summer Special". It was originally designed to be carried at the appendix position. Also, was designed around the Colt Commander sized pistol.
Appendix carry has been around for over 40 years...and Milt Sparks still makes them. Their 55BN model is named after Bruce.
I don't appendix carry...it just makes me uncomfortable.
