Who pins and welds muzzle devices?

Looking for someone around the Portland/Gresham area who pins and welds muzzle devices to meet barrel length regulations for the BATFE.

Concerned about 2 things and only 2 things
- Quality of work done
- Proximity to myself

Only two I'm aware of are

I believe Tornado Tech does too in Hillsboro.

Oregon Rifle Works did a barrel for me. Much better job than Curt's did.
