Where to get replacement screw for arisaka type 99?

AA sight arm spring pair and aa sight arm screw pair needed. I have one contact but he wants $61 for the two pairs and just wondering if there's anything cheaper.

Maybe I could buy a small screws kit pack of various small sizes and cut off the excess maybe. But I went to a hardware store and they don't sell screws this small.

I went there and don't see an as sight parts. I only need the minor parts but I did try to bid on the complete aa sight until it started going up to 80-100 so I gave up
