Hard to make out from the video what's going on. From the looks of things, the fisheries boat approached the fisherman from up wind/current and was carried over the fishing boat's anchor line.:eek:
Pretty inept boat handling by fisheries and they would be labial for any damages or losses that encored.:rolleyes:
