Wondering what are the odds on 594 actually becoming law? There seem to be many challenges and speculations on if it is constitutional in than it changes more than one thing and the LEO community wondering how to work with the mountains of paperwork and requirements with no funding.

Just wondering if it will ever really happen as written of maybe half of it after being trimmed, or better yet, just go away.
