So, i have yet to make it into the Washington County Courthouse because i hate driving there. I would like to get the ball rolling on getting my CC. Now i got a DUI 3 1/2 years ago that required me to go through devertion and all that. Was also charged with Reckless Driving which is a misstomedor. Will that prevent me form getting it?

4 years from a misdemeaner conviction in OR. ORS 166.291(1)(h)
