That would kinda be a win win for West Virginia and the oppressed counties....mind boggling when you realize how the maps will need to change to accommodateI hope most of the state joins West Virginia
Aren't they allPassing this is not about 'gun control' - it's about arrogance and power.
If I understand this post correctly, they need to convince 2, possibly just 1 senator to vote no.What's the new on what the senate vote will be? I know two democrats voted no on one of the gun control bills already.

I wonder if it would be at all helpful if we out of staters send some emails?
Pretty much - nothing else.Aren't they all
"The pieces of legislation that we're proposing, they don't threaten the second amendment and they are constitutional so I think everybody should be comfortable with them," Northam said.
Let's hope so.The legislation now moves to the Senate, where moderate Democrats have indicated they are unlikely to support the measure.
I wonder if Virginia gun owners will end up rolling over to expose their soft under-belly's?
Probably a stalemate between the counties and the state. Doubt the feds will step in in this level as i dont think they would want to inflate the situation. Probably a few one off shootings if confiscation is attempted, which would only go through in a few counties. Chances are it will be nothing more then a big virtue signal as it will be instantly taken to the courts. And eventually under already existing precedent, certain elements or all would be declared unconstitutional.Imagine it's February 1775 and this happened, what do you think the response would be?
Tar and feathering?
Hanging in the public square?
Something else????
From what I hear from a good friend in Virginia they'll stand strong as we all should. This is tyranny. I read last night that Supreme Court judge deemed it unconstitutional what Northampton is doing, there for illegal.Let's see if these sanctuary county's hold up

How about reconvening the 22k people who attended the rally, drag all who voted for this unconstitutional travesty out, try them for egregious violations of the constitution and, upon conviction, hang them.
To, you know, send a message.
