Was looking for beater watch for everyday and I'm surprised the quality you can get now for very little $. Post up any you have found please! Here is one I ordered. Reviews were all good. Seiko vk 63 mecha-quartz chronograph movement. AR coated saphire crystal. Saphire coating on bezel. That's stuff I never thought I'd see in a watch for $58. Pics from internet. I got plain black band.

I've had a Timex Expedition Scout that's been my primary watch for 15-ish years that refuses to quit. I'm pretty sure I paid around $25-30 for it.

About 6 months ago, Samsung gave me a free digical watch with a new pocket confuser that I've been struggling to find a bonafide use for besides reminding me my heartrate is constantly too high and according to our Chinese overlords, I sleep wonky and the weather constantly sucks.

Not to burst your bubble, but I suspect those are not authentic Seiko's, the brand name would appear on the face or the bezel. Don't be surprised if you receive a cheap Chinese knock off, rather than an authentic Seiko.

While I prefer something with a balance wheel. That is a great looking watch.


A Hamilton is my daily. It was a great watch at $500. But watches have been greatly affected by tariffs.
Now it's $800.

there are several asian entities that use Seiko movements in their watch making, Tandorio,Addiesdive,etc. they tend to hover around the $100 mark for Automatics (NH35 Movt)

I noticed a couple addiesdive watches that seem like good value. This diver has miyota quartz movement, Ar coating, but mineral crystal. Still for $42 seems like good value. 40mm dial size though and I tend to like bigger watches than that.

The movement inside is a Seiko movement.
Pagani Design is a well known "Replica" maker.

The model the OP showed is an Omega "Replica" just with the Seiko movement.
Good value for money.

Quarts movements are cheep and plentiful.
A couple of years ago you could buy a Casio F-91W watch for $12.

Remember also there are even cheeper clone movements and complete or partialy fake watches.
It's the Wild Wild West with watches.

The actual movement costs about $40 retail.
I'm guessing Pagani buys in bulk.

Buy 1000 and I bet they are around $10 each or less.

Ordered one of these just to see if I like the style. Comically, comically, low price. This is the equivalent to a gas station knife . This is the one you want to use when laying pavers on the patio cuz you know whatever you are wearing will get trashed. Less than $11 shipped

Here is the BS marketing image. They make it look like nice crystal with AR coating. I suggest for any watch (unless known high quality) check for "real-life" photos to see if it reflects light or not. I remember having a black dial watch with all silver markings. It was so hard to read cuz silver reflects light. I think the crystal had a lot to do with that too. I ended up returning it for that reason. Their marketing images didn't show that at all.i bet they use polarizers on the lens when taking these marketing photos.

Is it a good value? I assume no, despite the cost. But a cheap way to test drive the style to see if I want to buy a higher quality version. Probably not the Omega, unless I found a good deal one a used one.
