That is very very sad. This is exactly what makes the school to prison pipeline. Who hasn't done something stupid when they were a kid? That shouldn't make the police label you as "bad" for the rest of your life.

Luckily, I work for a local school district and know that we do not give out student information to police officers for this kind of shenanigans.
