If you can determine the decision of the court by the ratio of democrats to republicans then they are not impartial.

You dont need judges and all the show. Just decide every case by the amount of D's or R's on the court. Just appoint pieces of paper with a letter on them. Way cheaper than paying a judge a quarter of a million a year.
