Join the #1 community for gun owners of the Northwest
We believe the 2nd Amendment is best defended through grass-roots organization, education, and advocacy centered around individual gun owners. It is our mission to encourage, organize, and support these efforts throughout Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming.
Drive 15 minutes in any direction and you're good to go. At least it used to be that easy 15 years ago. If you're in twin head across the bridge and take a right a little ways after you cross but before you get to the highway. Not sure how far or if there is still a shooting pit that way. Good luck! There were a couple of actual ranges but we only used them for sporting clays and 5 stand. One of them had a rifle range too. Have you tried googling it yet?
Thanks for the info folks. I did locate the blm land south of I-84 and the bridge. Found several spots where there were shot gun hulls and lots of brass left behind. Didn't shoot but collected a couple hundred spent 9mm & 40 s&w mixed brass.
