I ended up getting one for a fair price (under $1,400 for a TA648-308) on GunBroker since I could not find one locally.

I don't know ACOGs - the range was $600 to $1400 I think.

Call them and see I guess.

If you are active duty or retired military, you can get the TA31F from AAFES. www.aafes.com has two models in their online catalog, the TA31 and a model without the fiber optic. I used a 15% off coupon to get mine for $935 with no sales tax or shipping.
