Your link isn't working so I can't read the posts. All I can say was that I had a good experience dealing with Richard at Little Bear Gunshop in Hillsboro. He did a transfer for a gun purchased off of Gun Broker for me for $15 (because I am a vet). Normally I think it is $25.
