Transfer Friendly FFL in Kirkland/Bellevue?

I am an FFL in San Diego, CA (doing business behind the Iron Kurtain), and I want to gift my mom a few (four) guns up here in WA, where she lives. Is there a brick and mortar or home-based FFL around here that folks recommend for a simple family transfer? My impression is that many FFLs in this area don't understand the laws surrounding interstate transfers. I'll just deliver them through my FFL license so there's no issue with that.

I appreciate any recommendations - glad to see a thriving shooting community up here in this beautiful corner of creation.

I usually use 2nd Ammendment Industries in Bellevue. Their business is actually focused on transfers and they are really nice guys. $35 without CPL and $30 with a CPL.
