I walk like a cat, it's my hard head that's always bruised and bleeding.

After 30 years of wearing hard hats in power plants and steel mills, and banging my head on all of those overhead objects that the hard hat visor obscures I have a bit of arthritis in my neck these days.

That looks painful. Hope you get your toes back soon. My favorite is when I step on randomly scattered Lego blocks at zero dark thirty, followed up with a wet sock from a German shepherd puddle.
