Tigard Police Explorer Program

The press-release actually said it as

"Explorer Post — Interested Young Adults Wanted by Tigard Police"

which I thought was a little funny. Anyway, CoT is looking for 16-20 year-olds to participate in their Explorer post. If a person was LE-oriented, this might be a great opportunity for them, and I didn't see any requirement that they be Tigard residents. Community volunteerism and activities also look good on college apps and that sort of thing.
