Thanks for the input. Appreciate it.I have the smaller one that fits 1 handgun and I don't think it's a 2.0, I've had it for several years now. I like it. Easy to use and give added security for a pistol in my vehicle. I use the included cable to tether to my car too. Good luck.
I agree with unionguy, and I also have only the smaller version but am thinking of getting the larger one too.Looking for some input on small-ish travel/portable handgun boxes. The Vaultek Lifepod 2.0 looks nice, but also has a bit of a cost. Your thoughts? Other options you like? Thanks y'all.
The cost is well worth it. The Lifepods are one of the most practical, vesatile and reliable fast access portable safes. I have 3 now, 2 large ones and 1 smaller one.Looking for some input on small-ish travel/portable handgun boxes. The Vaultek Lifepod 2.0 looks nice, but also has a bit of a cost. Your thoughts? I would check out stopbox and their stopbox pro model. They sell BOGO free all the time and with practice unlocking the safe is like muscle memory. I have 3 and love them for transporting if my edc is not on me.Looking for some input on small-ish travel/portable handgun boxes. The Vaultek Lifepod 2.0 looks nice, but also has a bit of a cost. I like mine. It's an easy theft deterrent and also TSA travel friendly. I wouldn't consider it "quick" access storage, but the backup usb power port is helpful as well as the backup keys -- my initial 9v battery lasted just over a year. Good luck. Thanks guys. Pulled the trigger.
