These rifles are excellent shooters.
I may be way off base here...but if its a traditional style muzzleloading rifle like yours , you do not need to go thru a FFL ....
That said I am not a lawyer....

As Andy said, Black powder muzzle loader firearms and replicas of the same like are exempt from FFL paper work, and require no background check what so ever, and may be legally shipped dirrectly to the buyers own doorstep providing they are of at least 18 years of age old. Hope that info helps a bit.

There is no issue shipping a muzzleloader. Just can't ship powder. It doesn't need to go through an ffl.
