Well, the long guns were not working so well with this project.
I dug up my old Orion 12 ga. flare pistol, cut the husks down to about two inches
and loaded them with the shotcup and paintball...primer only, no powder.
Those PB's really move out! Now I've got a paintball derringer...

I've ordered a surplus metal flare gun, as I think the plastic will degrade after
a bunch of these have gone through the Orion.

Question though...would this be considered a "firearm"? :s0131:

I have found some "Signal Pistols" that are C&R's: US, Mark II, 10 ga. Signal pistol and Sedgley, Mark V, 10 ga, Signal pistol. I am not sure if the flare gun and signal pistol/flare launcher are in the same class or both are classified as a signal pistol..

I think not, but do not take my word for it!!!
