The Hillsboro PD has a Mexican flag at the same level as the American flag in their lobby. I asked one of the Officers about that when I was working there and he said they like to accommodate the locals.

If you want to fly the damn Mexican flag, DO IT IN MEXICO. This aint Mexico.

Whilst in the sovereign territory of the United States of America, NO flag may be flown either on the same level or above the flag(s) of the United States of America.
