Last I knew, sturgeon was closed. Everywhere. Next best thing, spiney dogfish. Bottom feeders. The type that defecate through the skin. Every cast is a meal. 50/50 vinegar/water over night...some of the best tasting shark meat there is. Comparable to sturgeon and lobster. Baked, grilled, fried, or deep fried....good chit.
