The article reads like a comedy of sorts. Thinking, "Joe Dirt" like.
Just like potland to schedule upgrades at this time of year. And another that maybe, should have already been upgraded.

I thought they stopped it before 2021, because of the City Council only giving them a specific route and times that didn't really mesh with the group's goals, and bex
cause of increased creeps/"dangers" on the routes? , at least what I remember reading back in 2019 or 2020
