The WML Trigger Gap

This is the gap that some retention holsters have that are designed for Weapon Mounted Lights.
In some holsters the gap is big enough to let fingers reach in and pull the trigger.
There is a video that I'm looking for that demonstrates this issue.

It shows a firearms instructor, a female assistant and about 8-10 LEO's wearing their daily rigs, weapons holstered and unloaded.
The assistant goes around and is able to reach most of the triggers.
My Google-Foo cannot find this video.
Has anyone seen this video ?

Not a new issue. I believe the newer breed of 18350 single battery lights will help this problem compared to the required width of two side by side 123 battery units.

Looks crazy bulky. I believe they released this last year at Shot Show to remedy this issue. I haven't seen many out in the wild though. Looks like it would possibly hinder a proper/high grip. I don't have first had use though.
