I am so I'm fortunate I can pick and choose where to apply for the WA license. Clark County booked me an appointment after Thanksgiving, the various city police were closed to the public due to Covid.

You had to have an appointment? I walked in to my PD, filled out a 1-page form, paid $50, got fingerprinted, and my CPL was in my mailbox 5 days later.
