Cocktailer, I contacted you about this issue last year, and Dennis B in Kirkland WA is the lawyer handling the problem. Great guy, but does not come cheap.
Also, there is another lawyer here in Oregon handling the probate.
So, between the two hourly rates it runs about $750.00 an hour. And do those guys like to talk.
My advice, handle all communication with attorneys via e-mail if you can.
