Yep, they have recently.

One thing I should mention is that they don't seem to stack like they should. They have two round circles on the top that stick up maybe 1/8-1/4" which seems to prevent the bottom of the can on top from sitting flat. The Costco cans aren't the only ones I've seen with these circles. I'm not sure if they're supposed to have round circles in the bottom as well, but the ones at Costco don't.
