Subsonic 223

Anyone have a good 223 subsonic load there willing to share

I haven't tested the loads but am going to get some worked up. I have a bolt gun in .223 so not to worry about the next comment. Wonder how well AR-15 will cycle? Let me know if you and try how well it works.

Some .22 lr is subsonic.

I have some. Doesn't cycle well in Sig 1911-.22. Stove pipes on some shots. Smith Model 41 doesn't like it at all, but it is extremely particular. So, Ruger Single Six uses it without any doubts.
