Steiner MPS experience?

I have a multiple ACRO P2s and a Trijicon RCR. Does anyone have any experience with the Steiner MPS? I have a slide that is cut with an Acro footprint. This won't be a carry gun so I'm not super concerned with battery life/etc. It's less expensive than the P2 but I've read conflicting reviews on it. Although the same could be said about the P2. Apparently a lot of people have issues yet mine hasn't given me any problems.

For those who have/had the MPS what is your opinion on the optic?

I'd stick with the ACRO, if you do get an MPS be sure it's a newer one, the older ones were bad on battery life.

I read that about the battery life. I am just trying to avoid paying the premium of another P2.
