When did you order?
I had the same thing happen with them over the summer. Luckily, my CC company flagged the purchase and emailed me, so I didn't have to for it. I did have to cancel that card and get a new one though which was a bit of a hassle.
GMW did nothing to rectify the situation. I think it is mostly a problem with smaller online retailers that can't afford a proper IT guy.
