Looks like a 1884 model of the 1873 Springfield series of rifles...note the Buffington rear sight.
The SWP script Cartouche stands for Samuel W. Porter , He was appointed Master Armorer in 1879...his stamp was used until 1893.

These are great rifles and a excellent piece of American history...good luck with your sale.
