The wifely unit makes it from scratch... Boils the macaroni then puts cheddar cheese soup on it. Much better than that boxed, powdered stuff.

Elsie, the Shells N' Cheese has kinda a cheese sauce packet, it's not powdered like the easy mac and kinds like that. My mom makes homemade mac and cheese too, it's way better than any box brand too.
