Went surprisingly well!

Still a bit too soon to know for sure though, bugs take a while to get reported.

It's bad everywhere. Still better here than most places. This is one of the changes we're making to clean up much of the toxicity here. We'll likely be moving from our current system of conversations with problem members to progressively longer bans. Staff spends far too much here babysitting the same repeat offenders. Nobody can say they didn't know when it's right there.

I'd think that bans would fix that. Glad to hear you all are moving to that instead of other means.

Yep, thankfully. We have multiple systems in place and they work well, though some still get through.
